All services provided by are covered by our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. The purpose of this policy is to make sure that all customers are pleased with the services they receive from us. If it is not a satisfactory experience, we will credit your user account for the call, up to a limit of $25. Should a customer be unhappy with our site or challenge any charges, we will make every effort to resolve the dispute on terms that we, in our sole judgement, think reasonable. Customers who are unhappy with content, goods and/or quality of service should refrain from any further purchase from an unsatisfactory goods and/or service provider.

To receive a credit, you must do the following:

  • Leave a detailed written feedback on the User’s feedback page describing why the call was unsatisfactory.
  • Fill out and submit the Customer Support Form within 72 hours of the purchase for which you’d like the credit issued. Include the purchase time, date, and total amount charged.

We will review your claim and reserve the right to credit your user account, either partially or in full, for the transaction. We reserve the right to refuse a refund credit.

We will reimburse credit for one unsatisfactory purchase per month. User account credits are made in MiNiteSecret Dollars and are valid for future MidNiteSecretPurchases. Satisfaction Guarantee credits cannot be refunded to a credit card.
